RBG Academy, Inc.

In 2020, RBG Academy launched its non-profit branch to become a haven of empowerment and education for African American homeschooling families. Our passionate non-profit organization is dedicated to cultivating a nurturing and culturally rich learning environment for our community. We provide comprehensive support, resources, and a strong sense of community to families who have chosen the path of homeschooling. Our mission is to honor our heritage, elevate academic excellence, and foster a future generation of confident, knowledgeable, and empowered individuals. We invite you to explore the array of resources, guidance, and opportunities that RBG Academy proudly offers to help your family thrive on its educational journey.

  • Our DREAM Big program assists financially restricted homeschooling families with assistance to pursue the passions of their children. The goal of this program is to contribute as a community to up-lift children who may be otherwise unable to participate in an extra-curricular activity. If you would like to donate, or if you would like to apply, please email info@rbgacademy.com.

  • Children who explore the world are more likely to become well-rounded adults, with life skills that stretch beyond their own culture. Passport to Progress is a reimbursement program designed to provide passports to our children, opening opportunities with life-long impact.

  • Our 2023 Youth Entrepreneur Pitch Competition in June was a grand success, with students and supporters walking away with over $7000 in prizes! Asante sana and thank you to our generous donors, sponsors, and community for coming together and making this a valuable experience for our participants.

We are so proud of our students, who worked all year at designing a business and taking it through launch and pitch! They did an amazing job!

    2nd Place: Mer. Martin
